Accidents happen: All HDScape Discs are warrantied againt manufacturer's defects for one year, however there are some things that are not covered unless you register your disc with us, in which case we will replace any damaged disc, even if it is in pieces.
Whatever the case may be, when you register your HDScape disc in the free replacement warranty program, you are entitled to return it for a free replacement (just pay $5 shipping and handling) through December 31, 2010. If you are submitting a claim, please add this item to your cart and use it to pre-pay shipping and handling for your damaged HDScape Disc. Once your purchase is complete, you will be prompted to download a return authorization certificate. Please print the certificate and send it with your damaged disc.
